These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the Investor Insights Double Prosperity Guarantee, the Free Prosperity Blueprint Session, and any related services provided by Investor Insights Pty Ltd ("Investor Insights", "we", "us", "our"). By registering for, accessing, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

These T&Cs are deliberately drafted to operate at the maximum level of protection permitted by Australian law. Nothing in these T&Cs constitutes a promise of profit, capital growth, equity outcomes, finance approval, or investment success.


1. Nature of Services (No Financial Advice)

1.1 Investor Insights provides general property education, strategy frameworks, and mentoring services onl y.

1.2 We do not provide personal financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or credit assistance, unless expressly stated in writing and authorised under the relevant Australian licence.

1.3 Any information provided is general in nature and does not consider your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs. You must obtain independent professional advice before acting on any information provided.

1.4 You acknowledge that property investment involves inherent risk, including the risk of loss.


2. Free Prosperity Blueprint Session

2.1 The Free Prosperity Blueprint Session is an introductory, exploratory discussion only.

2.2 Participation does not constitute advice, a recommendation, or an offer to provide services.

2.3 Acceptance into any Investor Insights program, strategy, or guarantee is at our sole discretion and subject to further qualification and written agreement.

2.4 Any figures, projections, timeframes, or examples discussed are illustrative only and must not be relied upon.


3. $0 Fees Guarantee (Fee Credit Only)

3.1 Investor Insights may charge an engagement, strategy execution fee under a separate written agreement.

3.2 Where expressly stated in writing, such fees may be credited toward eligible property acquisition costs if you proceed with an Investor Insights-facilitated transaction.

3.3 This is not a waiver of fees, a refund, or a guarantee of transaction completion.

3.4 This guarantee is void if:

  • You do not proceed with a recommended opportunity;

  • You fail to disclose accurate financial or personal information;

  • Finance is declined for any reason;

  • You withdraw, delay, or materially deviate from the agreed strategy.


4. Fixed-Price Contract Disclaimer

4.1 Any reference to a "fixed-price contract" relates solely to the builder’s contract, not Investor Insights.

4.2 Fixed pricing is subject to exclusions, allowances, provisional sums, statutory changes, authority requirements, and force majeure events.

4.3 Investor Insights is not the builder, developer, or contractor and accepts no responsibility for:

  • Construction delays;

  • Cost variations;

  • Builder solvency;

  • Defects or workmanship.


5. 24-Month Financial Progress Conditional Refund

5.1 Any reference to a 24-month financial outcome is conditional only and not guaranteed.

5.2 A refund of Investor Insights membership fees may be considered only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Your financial goals were documented in writing and acknowledged by Investor Insights;

  • You fully implemented the agreed strategy without deviation;

  • You maintained borrowing capacity, creditworthiness, and income;

  • You attended all scheduled reviews and complied with all guidance;

  • No adverse market, lending, regulatory, or personal changes occurred.

    5.3 Market conditions, valuation outcomes, interest rates, personal decisions, or lender policy changes automatically exclude eligibility.

    5.4 If approved, the refund is limited strictly to fees paid directly to Investor Insights and excludes third-party costs.


6. $150,000 Instant Equity Projection (Conditional & Non-Cash)

6.1 The $150,000 figure represents a conditional projected equity assessment only, not a guarantee of realised or realisable profit.

6.2 Eligibility applies solely to clients who:

  • Are expressly approved in writing for the Instant Equity Strategy;

  • Complete a project through Investor Insights-approved developments;

  • Obtain an independent valuation at completion.

    6.3 Valuations are subjective opinions and may vary materially between valuers.

    6.4 No guarantee is provided in relation to resale value, rental income, market appreciation, or liquidity.


7. Qualification, Discretion & Termination

7.1 All guarantees are conditional upon qualification, acceptance, and execution of formal written agreements.

7.2 Investor Insights may withdraw, vary, or terminate any guarantee at its sole discretion where eligibility conditions are not met.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investor Insights excludes all liability for:

  • Loss of opportunity;

  • Financial loss;

  • Investment underperformance;

  • Third-party acts or omissions.

    8.2 Total liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid directly to Investor Insights.


9. Third-Party Relationships

9.1 Any introductions to builders, developers, brokers, valuers, or property managers are provided without warranty.

9.2 Investor Insights receives no responsibility for third-party conduct, outcomes, or representations.


10. Governing Law

10.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in NSW courts.


11. Amendments

11.1 Investor Insights may amend these T&Cs at any time.

11.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
